This portable device measures the acidity or alkalinity of a liquid through a pH probe and sensor interface connected to an Arduino. The measured value is processed in real time and shown on the integrated display for quick, stand-alone readings.
A custom enclosure was modeled to organize the electronics, protect the controller, and hold a sample container beside the display. Several CAD iterations refined the internal compartments, probe access, component openings, and overall form before the housing was 3D printed.
The completed prototype brings sensing, signal processing, display output, and product enclosure design into a single functional instrument. The project strengthened practical skills in sensor integration, calibration, embedded programming, CAD modeling, and rapid prototyping.
